AK Property Consultants is a modern firm of Chartered Surveyors formed by Karl Charalambous BSc (Hons) MRICS Registered Valuer. We have had experience surveying, managing and valuing residential and commercial buildings and estates in both the private and public sector. Karl has worked for developers, Hampshire Constabulary and several surveying practices within Dorset and Hampshire over the past 10 years.

The client base for the company is broad, acting on behalf of individual home buyers, Public companies, together with multiple local retailers, office occupiers, industrialists, developers and private individuals, dealing with a whole range of matters relating to the smallest property through to larger portfolios.

We provide a range of services for both residential and commercial properties including homebuyer reports, full building surveys, valuations including lease extension valuations, defect analysis, dilapidation assessments, schedules of condition and photographic schedules for ingoing commercial tenants.
