About AK Property Consultants

AK Property Consultants is a modern firm of Chartered Surveyors formed by Karl Charalambous BSc (Hons) MRICS Registered Valuer. We have had experience surveying, managing and valuing residential and commercial buildings and estates in both the private and public sector. Karl has worked for developers, Hampshire Constabulary and several surveying practices within Dorset and Hampshire for over 25 years.

The client base for the company is broad, acting on behalf of Public companies, the MOD, local councils, housing associations, Bournemouth International Airport, local and national charities together with multiple local retailers, office occupiers, industrialists, developers and private individuals, dealing with a whole range of matters relating to the smallest property through to larger portfolios.

AK Property Consultants Limited is regulated by the RICS  and Karl Charalambous is a member of the RICS and is a registered valuer. 

AK Property Consultants cover Dorset, Hampshire and parts of Wiltshire with an office in Bournemouth and  the New Forest offering clients a timely and cost effective service and would always welcome an informal chat about your requirements.

  • Every job will be completed within strict timescales. These will be expressed in our contract with you so you know what to expect and when. Most instructions are completed within 24 hours including most valuations and level 2 homebuyer reports. If you have tighter timescales please discuss this with me as we can often accommodate 12 hour completions from inspection, depending on workload.
