Red Book Valuations

Red book valuations are required for a range of formal accounting, pension, charity and tax related matters. AK Property Consultants prepare such valuations on a regular basis and would be pleased to hear from you to discuss your requirements.

Probate valuations

If you an executor of an estate for a client, friend or family member that may be liable for inheritance tax, you will be advised by your legal professionals to obtain a Red Book Probate valuation. Whether this relates to a single property or a portfolio of properties we will be able to help and provide your legal advisors with the necessary valuations in a timely manner.

Matrimonial Valuations

If you are going through a separation and own property between you, the Courts will order that a Part 25 compliant Red Book Valuation is obtained, to ensure that both parties are treated fairly. AK Property Consultants Ltd can provide such valuations ensuring an unbiased and accurate decision can be determined.

Help to Buy & Shared Ownership Valuations

If you bought your home using either the Help to Buy Scheme or Shared Ownership Scheme and are looking to either change your ownership proportion or wish to sell, then you will need a Red Book Valuation prepared by an RICS member who is also a registered valuer. This is where AK Property can help. We can complete such valuations the same day as the inspection.
