Probate valuations
We are in a position to carry out probate Red Book valuations on singular properties to large portfolios. Our reports are Red Book compliant and include the supporting evidence to satisfy the district valuer.
Matrimonial valuations
We regularly prepare Joint Expert Red Book valuation reports compliant with the Family Court Procedure rules, Part 25. Our valuations include all supporting evidence enabling transparency and reducing the need for queries to be raised from the respective parties.
Expert witness reports for valuation and building pathology disputes
With experience in both the public and private sectors we have a wealth of expertise of residential and commercial valuation and building pathology matters. As a result we are in a position to prepare Expert Witness reports for third parties including Tribunals and the Courts and can provide a service through to Court appearance.

All our Expert Witness report are CPR (Civil Procedure Rules) Part35 compliant. Our reports are also complaint with the RICS guidance notes on Surveyors acting as expert witnesses 4th edition, amended February 2023.
