• RICS HomeBuyer Report: A clear, concise picture of the property with ‘traffic light’ ratings. It shows the condition of the property, offers advice to legal advisers and highlights details of any urgent defects. It is aimed at conventional properties and newer homes. It also includes an independent market valuation and an insurance rebuild cost valuation.

• Building survey: The most comprehensive report including defects, repair and maintenance options and costings. Essential for larger and older properties or if you are planning major works. Our building surveys also include an independent market valuation and insurance rebuild cost valuation.

Survey Fee Scale

No matter the value of the property being surveyed a talk through of the report is included in the price. This can be done either over the phone or over a coffee at a location convenient to both parties. This ensures the client gets the best value from the report and gives the client the opportunity to raise any queries.

Both the full building survey and homebuyer report include annotated photographs to aid understanding of the report content.

For properties of a higher value we would be pleased to provide a quotation.
