Full Building Survey

AK Property Consultants are specialists in providing full building surveys for properties within Dorset. We provide building surveys for all properties from studio flats through to larger country homes and specialise in equestrian properties.

The full building survey service is bespoke, ensuring the service meets and in many cases exceeds the client’s expectations.

The service offered is also fully independent, as we are not linked to any estate agents and work directly for the client with only the client’s best interests in mind. The following are included in the building surveying service, unique to AK Property Consultants;

• Annotated photographs of the main discussion points.
• A talk through of the full building survey either over a coffee in person at a mutually convenient Dorset location or over the phone, if this is preferred by the client. This ensures the service does not stop upon completion of the report.
• A spreadsheet of estimated costs for all defects highlighted in the report.
