Karl Charalambous has undertaken structural surveys on 2 properties on my behalf.  The very high standard of service delivered throughout has prompted me to write this testimonial.  My initial enquiries received professional and prompt response.  Karl was very accommodating and flexible when arranging the survey dates and how quickly the reports would be produced.  This was of particular relevance on one of the properties as I was working to a very short timeline to completion. The reports were thorough, very detailed and used clear, concise language avoiding unnecessary jargon. I found the costings on repairs particularly helpful and in one of the properties he identified a potentially serious and expensive, but not clearly evident issue.
On the afternoon of the surveys he telephoned me with an overview of his findings.  The completed reports were emailed to me within a couple of days,  followed by the hard copies by post.  He was always easily contactable and his friendly open manner meant he was very approachable even with the most trivial of my concerns.

He managed to get a £0 settlement after going through the lease in detail and preparing a single response letter to the landlord on my behalf. It turned out the landlord in this instance couldn’t support the claim and also could not charge me for the landlord’s surveyor’s costs (£1200) despite the landlord’s surveyor telling me I was responsible.
