The service offered does not stop upon completion of the report. If the property you are looking to purchase is a conventional property built post 1900, is not in need of extensive modernisation works and is generally in repair, then a homebuyer report will provide best value.

The homebuyer report is designed to provide a clear and concise overview of a properties condition, reinforced by a traffic light rating system. It will highlight any serious defects that require further investigation.

Photographs of defects are included with the report and a market valuation together with supporting comparables. Not all surveyors include photographs or comparables, however you will find both are very useful for any negotiations that may be required.

I guarantee independence with regards to survey content, in particular the valuation, as I have no loyalties or arrangements with any estate agents. The majority of my instructions are from client based referrals.
