AK Property Consultants is a modern firm of Chartered Surveyors formed by Karl Charalambous BSc (Hons) MRICS Registered Valuer. We have had experience surveying, managing and valuing residential and commercial buildings and estates in both the private and public sector. Karl has worked for developers, Hampshire Constabulary and several surveying practices within Dorset and Hampshire for over 20 years.
